Painfull Rain

My old unknown headache is back again after almost six months. I still dont know what is the trigger of this pain. In this season i already had a discussion with two doctors. They are also clewless. And one of them suggest do MRI again because this could be due to Nasal Polyps.
As usual I am started studing over net and as per google it seems to be Right Hemicranial Headache. The same was also approved by the Vellore docs. Although they were not very sure that time. If anyone has any idea please share wirh me.
